It is seen in makkah haram sharif that muqtadi pray salaat with jamaat ahead of imam in front of kaaba. is this allowed?

(Fatwa: 1885/292=TB/1429)
It is not so in the Masjid Al-Haram. But, if you observed that some muqtadis queue up ahead of Imam in congregational salah then their salah shall not be valid.
