Is wearing a wig or undergoing hair transplant surgery allowed according to Islam?

There are some bald Muslims who wear a wig (artificial hair) (2) or undergo a surgary for hair transplant. is it allowed or not? May Allah bless us all.

Answer:

(Fatwa: 819/819=M/1429)

One can wear artificial hair provided it is not human hair and not impure.

(2) It is not allowable.
