Please clarify whether musafah has to be done with one hand or two hands. which is the sunnath method.

The musafaha (shaking hands) with two hands is sunnah:
وفي القنیۃ: السنۃ في المصافحۃ بکلتا یدیہ (الدر المختار مع الشامي 9:548)
