I just wanted to ask one doubt which my friend had. He just wanted to know that having a shower from lower waist till toe is enough to be in paaki condition after masturebation (Can he not offer prayers and read quran with such activity?) or he should take a whole ghusl. Is there any other way to be in paaki condition after masturebation other than ghusl?

Bathing becomes necessary due to semen discharged out of lust and sensual arousal. In case of masturbation also the semen is discharged with lust (shahwah) so Ghusl (taking bath) will be compulsory; it will not suffice to wash from waist to toes. He will be pure only after Ghusl and then only he can pray salah.
