Q No.1: “A man who is Sakhi is a friend of Allah although he may be a Faasiq.” Is this statement a Hadith of Hazrat Mohammad (s.)? Q. No.2 I am an Alim and sometimes non-muslims come to me and ask for ‘tabiz’. Is it allowed to give ‘tabiz’ with verse of Al-Quran to non-muslims? Jazakallah Kharian

(Fatwa: 121/121/M=1431)
(1) We are not aware of any such hadith.
(2) It may be allowable if they are not feared to desecrate it.
