Assalamualaikum,
Iِs sonography during pregnancy Halal or Haram? As in sonography we are interfering in the Ghaib (unseen) and the Qudrat of Allah. Or is it against modesty or Makrooh. What are the side effects of sonography?

Sonography in itself is not a good action, one has to expose herself and show her private part in front of the doctor without need. To find the sex of the baby is not such a need that one should expose herself for it. Therefore, the Ulamaa have told it to be impermissible without any Shara’i need.
