When I do potty (pakhana) while doing some force to do it I see that some drops of semen comes out from my penis. Does this make me to do ghusl? Please answer. I have problem in offering prayer due to this problem.

The drop which is discharged while excreting stool does not make ghusl wajib. You should offer salah only by making wudhu.
