Jazakallah Khairan
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
1) If the blanket is such that in sajdah if you press your head hard against it, you will feel the ground underneath it, it will be permissible to offer salat on such a blanket. If, on the other hand, the blanket is so thick that if in sajdah you press your head hard against it, your head will not feel the ground underneath and instead will continue to sink deeper in the blanket, it will not be permissible to pray on such a blanket.

2) It is permissible to offer salat on a bed provided that the mattress is not so thick that one cannot feel the ground/base underneath it if he presses his head hard against the mattress, as mentioned in the answer to the first question. The spring mattresses of today do not qualify and hence it is not permissible to offer salat on these spring mattresses.

3) In the same room, it will be against the respect of the Quran. In a different room however it will be permissible.
