Impure tissue paper in ones pocket

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by DarulIftaBirmingham

Impure tissue paper in ones pocket

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

Answer

Blood is najasat ghalezah, which is a dense type of impurity. If najasat ghalezah, which is in the solid state, (e.g. faeces) falls on the body or clothing washing will be obligatory if the weight of the impurity is more than 3g.

If the najasat ghalezah is in the liquid state falls on the body or clothing washing it is wajib if the impurity covers an area greater than the size of a dirham. If it is equivalent to a dirham or less then a dirham then salah performed in this manner will be accepted. (Hidayah p.74 v.1)

With regards to your question if the impure, blooded tissue paper is greater than a dirham, your salah would not be accepted, anything less will be. (Raddul Muhtar p.73 v.2)
