Question

I took 5 oaths before my age of puberty. If I break it after puberty should I offer expiation? If yes then what is the expiation?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer

One of the conditions for an oath to be valid is that the oath-taker must be mature. (Bahishti Zewar)

As you were not mature and you were pre-pubescent the oaths will not take effect and nullifying the oath will not render an expiation obligatory.
