Question

Could you please tell me that if it’s allowed to spread your legs towards the Qibla (especially while in the Masjid)?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer

It is considered Makruh Tanzihi to stretch one’s legs and to spread one’s feet towards the direction of the Qiblah. This detestability is the same whether the legs are stretched whilst one is sleeping or not. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.319 v.5)
