Question

Is it right to eat things that fall on a Najis thing, and then we wash them in order to eat?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer

In the aforementioned scenario, if one thoroughly washed the impurity away it will be technically permissible to eat it, although it may be preferable to refrain from it if there is a danger of the food being poisonous. (Hidayah p.74 v.1)
