Question:

Can someone pray witr then pray Taraweeh? It would be done, with karahiya (disliked) but against tarteeb (sequence)? Or there is karahiya in it but against tarteeb?

Answer:

It is permissible for one to pray the witr prayer before Taraweeh if one is fearful of missing it in the end. The general practice is of praying at the end of Taraweeh. There will be no detestability as well.
