Question:
Respected Mufti Sahib.
I finished my salah and then realized I have something stuck underneath my foot which doesn’t allow water to pass. I don’t know when I stepped on it. Could be after wudhu or before wudhu. Is my salah done?

Answer:
There is a principle in Islamic jurisprudence which is:
“Certainty is not lifted by a doubt.” (Al Ashbah Wan Nadhair p.60)
Regarding your question, when you were performing your wudhu you washed your feet and you did not notice that barrier on your feet. If you had you would have removed it and continued washing your feet.
The likelihood is that this barrier must have stuck on your feet after the wudhu. Therefore, your Salah will be valid and there is nothing to worry about.
