Is it permissible for a muslim to rent a shop premises to a person who is going to use it for selling Motor (Vehicle) Insurance?
Answer:
All conventional insurances are prohibited as they contain elements of interest and gambling in them. It is not permissible to hire one’s premises for selling insurance.
