What’s the Islamic dress code for work, incl. formal attire like thawbs, tunics, qamiz, and shalwar?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
(1) Is there any specific dress for Muslim men or women to wear?
(2) And on the job we are required to dress up in formals what are the rulings for wearing the pent shirt on the job. e.g. like in Saudi Arabia, there is a custom of wearing toop, and in India or Pakistan, there is Qamiz and Shalwar. So what is the rulings of the Islam about this?

Islam has not fixed any specific dress. However, Islam has asked us not to wear the religious or national dress of other people. It should also be taken into consideration during job. Since the shirt and pant are the dress of other people so we should avoid it. However, kurta and pyjama are Islamic dress you may wear it during job as well as other times.
