Raising hands for pray on a grave

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Assalam-O-Alikum. Is it proved to raise hands for pray individually on a grave for the buried person and other buried persons near the grave and also Is it proved to raise hands for pray collectively on a grave for the buried person and other buried persons near the grave. Is it proved to recite the Holy Quran in a low voice on a grave to gift the buried person? And what is the order regarding the recitation in loudly voice? JazakAllah

Answer

It is permissible to raise the hands and pray at the Qabr. This is proven
through the practice of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam). (Ahsanul
Fataawa part4 pg.234)

It is desirable (Mustahabb) to recite the Qur’aan, Azkaar and Du’aas at the
Qabr in a low voice. To recite these is a loud voice is Makrooh. (Tahtaawi
pg.333)
