If a Shia Repents from his Belief then can he Marry a Sunni?

Question

I know a woman cannot marry a Shia, Qadiani etc. But if the boy repents and accepts the true belief of Ahus Sunnah wal Jammah, then can she marry him after that?

Yes, she may if he has sincerely repented.
