The people you asked us about, we don’t know much about them. However, the honorable Muawia is a great companion and to say anything bad about him is wrong, he was one of writers and compilers of the Koran and a close relative of the prophet peace be upon him. Every companion is worthy of respect and honor, and they are all just. The companions differed amongst themselves due to their own ‘ijtihad’. We are supposed to give them the benefit of the doubt and avoid unnecessary inspections into their lives. To speak ill of them is not permissible and forbidden.
