Q: I am in my 2nd marriage, i.e I have 2 wives currently. I have an Islamic will, so if I die tomorrow, what happens to my estate?

Bismillaah

A: It will go to your heirs. If you are referring to having two wives presently then both the wives will share equally. If you have children then both the wives will share one-eighth of your entire estate.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
