When someone pray Isthikhara for 7 days in order to decide on a marriage partner and if he/she does not get any special liking or disliking, How the decision has to be made ? Will Allaah make it happen if there is Good in it and make it not happen if there is Bad in it ?
Answer
In such a case decide on the matter on a rational basis.
In this case, look into the piety of the woman, her character, etc. and then make a decision. Insha Allah, Allah Ta’ala will put goodness into whatever decision is made.
