The eloquence of Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha)

What is the reference for this statement and who was it said by?

“I have not seen anyone more eloquent than ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha)

Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded this as the statement of Musa ibn Talhah ibn ‘Ubaydillah At Taymi (rahimahullah), a senior Tabi’i. Some were of the opinion that he was born during the lifetime of Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
