Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would resort to Salah when faced with an important issue

What is the reference for this narration?

“Whenever Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) faced an important and grim situation, he would resort to Salah.”

Answer:

Imams Abu Dawud and Ahmad (rahimahumallah) have recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (radiyallahu ‘anhu).
