Can you mention the reference for this Hadith please?

Answer

Imams Tabarani and Diya-ud Din Al Maqdisi (rahimahumallah) have recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Busr. ‘Allamah Mundhiri (rahimahullah) states, ‘The chain is sound insha Allah.’

(Al Ahadithul Mukhtarah, Hadith: 69, volume: 9, Targhib, vol. 1 pg. 456. Also see: Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 10 pg. 112 and pg. 120)

Translation

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Whomsoever begins his day by carrying out a good deed, and ends his day by carrying out a good deed, Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla says to the angels, ‘Do not record any of his evil deeds between these times.’”

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
