If people knew the virtue of Ramadan, they would have wished that the entire year was Ramadan

Is the following Hadith authentic?

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “If only the slaves of Allah knew the virtue of Ramadan they would have wished that the entire year would be Ramadan”

Answer:

This is part of a lengthy Hadith on the virtue of Ramadan. The chain consists of an extremely weak narrator.
