Deeds done in Ramadan will last the whole year?

We often hear that:  if you do good actions in Ramadan, you will get tawfiq to do it the whole year.

Is it a Hadith?

Answer 

I haven’t seen this in a Hadith. It seems to be based on experience of the seniors which is sufficient in this case.
