Is the following a Hadith? If so, please can you give the Arabic and the authenticity?
“If all the inhabitants of the heavens, and all the inhabitants on the earth, were to all conspire and join together to spill the blood of a single believer, Allah will definitely drag every single one of them into the Fire.”
Answer
Yes, this is a Hadith and is reported by several Sahabah (radiyallahu’anhum). Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded it on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Sa’id Al-Khudry and Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu’anhuma). Imam Tirmidhi has declared it sound (hasan gharib) – as quoted by ‘Allamah Mundhiri (rahimahullah).
