Saying ‘La ilaha illAllah’ with madd (lengthening it)

What is the status of following Hadith. Is it reliable to quote ?

من قال لا إله الله و مدھا ھدمت له اربعة آلاف ذنب من الکبائر

Translation

Whomsoever says ‘La ilaha illAllah’ and lengthens it (ie. recite it with a madd), four thousand major sins of his will be forgiven.

Answer

The Muhaddithun have declared this Hadith as a fabrication. It is therefore not suitable to quote.
