Q: I want to know the ratio of distribution of shares of the deceased to their legal heirs, the details of heirs are below:

4 – sons

4 – daughters

Bismillaah

A: The estate will be divided into 12 shares and distributed as follows:

Each son will receive 2 shares

Each daughter will receive 1 share

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
