Q: I want to know the ratio of distribution of shares to the heirs of deceased.

1-husband

4-daughters

1-son

Bismillaah

A: The estate will be divided into 24 equal shares and distributed as follows:

Husband will receive 6 shares

Son will receive 6 shares

Each daughter will receive 3 shares

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
