I dress Islamically with hijab, etc, but I only wear a little bit of makeup outside the house (a little bit of eyeliner and mascara) but I dont put on cover up, lipstick, and blush. Is this still haram?

Yes, it is haram. It’s better to know that in the eyes of Allah Almighty you are beautiful in your obedience to Allah’s commands. And Allah alone gives success.
