Does taking a Covid 19 Vaccine break the fast?

Q. If a fasting Muslim takes the Covid 19 vaccine that’s injected in the body through the arm, will it invalidate the fast?

A. As a general rule, an injection taken through the arm whilst fasting does not invalidate the fast.

Thus, any type of injection given in the arm, whether for vaccination or other purposes, will not break the fast. The fast will remain valid. (Muheet 2/383)
