I’d like to get married sometime in the future, but I greatly fear that I won’t be able to sexually satisfy my wife, because of my condition. I’m a man and I have my own (physical) needs, but I don’t want my needs getting fulfilled at the expense of others. Is it still advisable for me to get married or should I remain single the rest of my life?

If you are convinced that you are weak then you should not marry until you are fully satisfied in treatment. But if you only have some doubts then you should consult with doctors to verify. A lot of times people have unfounded suspicions, when that happens they should consult with doctors. If the doctors say there is no weakness then one should marry otherwise wait until it is cured.
