WAS HE CORRECT OR WRONG, ASWELL AS:
MUFTI TAQI USMANI
MUFTI MUHAMMAD SHAFEE SAHEB
M. RASHEED AHMAD GANGOHI
M.QASIM NANOTWI
HAJI IMDADULLAH MUHAJIR MAKKI

JAZAKALLAH KHAIR WA AH SANUL JAZA

All the above were correct. And All but the last one were scholars.
