Is it permissible to use Sadqah money to build rooms in Madrasah ?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
Is it permissible to use Sadqah money to build rooms in Madrasah ? If a person gives Lillah donations will he get reward of sadqah ? Is it permissible to make two intentions when giving donation in sadqah and Lillah and could that money be used for building rooms ?
It’s fine to put charity money towards building a madrasa (Islamic monastery school) as long as the charity given is supererogatory and not obligatory, because obligatory charity necessitates a possession by the poor. The reward of the donations made with the intention of pleasing Allah would be the same as the reward of charity. The two intentions, that I am giving for the sake of Allah or giving charity for the pleasure of Allah are the same and one, and making an intention this way is fine.
