If parents dont allow to go out for three days and not even to participate in the taleem & ghust then what should we do ?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
If parents dont allow to go out for three days and not even to participate in the taleem & ghust then what should we do ? Can we go to sehroza without their permission ? and if they refuses and we still go then will we be sinful ?
If there is a particular reason why the parents are disallowing and if you know it, for example, they are in need of help or service and there is no one else around then the question should be asked with that particular situation. However, if that is not the case rather they are not from the same school of thought or endorse different opinions such that they suppose if someone goes in Jamat either the person would become inept or would be less inclined towards academics and education then this type of thinking is false. Under such a circumstance a person can go in Jamat even without their permission and would not be held liable for not listening to them.
