What say eminent scholars if an imam recited a verse of sajdah while leading the taraweeh prayers and made the intention of performing sajda in his ruku, would this be enough for his followers? (USA)

The sajda of the imam would be completed in this case but whoever from his followers did not intend to do the sajda in his/her ruku, his/her sajda would not be accounted. Hence, the imam should not make the intention of sajdah in ruku rather he should just make the sajda of the prayer after his ruku which would be enough for the sajda that was due on him due to the recitation of a “sajda verse”. In this case there is no requirement of making intentions before hand. Allah knows best.
