What is the ruling of sharia regarding praying taraweeh prayers at home once someone has completed one whole quran in his taraweeh prayer in the masjid?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
What is the ruling of sharia regarding praying taraweeh prayers at home once someone has completed one whole quran in his taraweeh prayer in the masjid? Also, can someone pray less then twenty rakats of taraweeh or do they have to pray all twenty?
To pray taraweeh with congregation is “sunnah mu’akkida alal kifaya” which means that if in your local masjid there are people praying in the masjid with congregation then you can pray it at home, however, the virtue of congregation can’t be attained. Taraweeh has twenty rakats
