i am planning to open grocery store but I will be selling cigarettes ,vape ,electric cigarette and cigar .
hookah flavours as well .
no marjuana no alcohol no lottery
and the the food in the grocery section will be halal no gelatin to haram products
main concern is can I sell Tabacco products ,cigarettes,e-cigarettes vape and hooka flavours
please let me know if I do this business will it be halal

It is permissible to sell cigarettes and cigars which do not cause intoxication, and hence income from its sale will be considered halal. But in view of its harmful aspects, it is not preferred to sell such things.
و یمنع بیع الدخان و شربہ ( رد المحتار :۵/۲۹۵) محشی ۔(رد المحتار: ۶/۴۶۰
"وفي الأشباه في قاعدة: الأصل الإباحة أو التوقف، ويظهر أثره فيما أشكل حاله كالحيوان المشكل أمره والنبات المجهول سمته اهـ قلت: فيفهم منه حكم النبات الذي شاع في زماننا المسمى بالتتن فتنبه. (قوله: ربما أضر بالبدن) الواقع أنه يختلف باختلاف المستعملين ط (قوله: الأصل الإباحة أو التوقف) المختار الأول عند الجمهور من الحنفية والشافعية كما صرح به المحقق ابن الهمام في تحرير الأصول (قوله: فيفهم منه حكم النبات) وهو الإباحة على المختار أو التوقف. وفيه إشارة إلى عدم تسليم إسكاره وتفتيره وإضراره، وإلا لم يصح إدخاله تحت القاعدة المذكورة ولذا أمر بالتنبه۔
