Assalaamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
As for boy’s Aqeeqa there are 2 sheeps, is it permissible to sacrifice 1 sheep in India and 1 sheep in US?
If Yes, then it has to be the same day to sacrifice both the sheeps in India & US?

الجواب ومنہ الصواب
It is mustahab to slaughter two goats in the aqeeqah of a boy.
It is also permissible to slaughter two goats at two different places. It is preferable to ensure that the seventh day occurs in both places, but even if the day changes, the aqeeqah will still be valid.
وأما الغلام فيحتمل أن يكون أقل الندب في حقه عقيقة واحدة، وكماله ثنتان، والحديث يحتمل أنه لبيان الجواز في الاكتفاء بالأقل، أو دلالة على أنه لا يلزم من ذبح الشاتين أن يكون في يوم السابع، فيمكن أنه ذبح عنه في يوم الولادة كبشا وفي السابع كبشا، وبه يحصل الجمع بين الروايات، أو عق النبي – صلى اللہ عليه وسلم – من عنده كبشا. وأمر عليا أو فاطمة بكبش آخر، فنسب إليه – صلى اللہ عليه وسلم – أنه عق كبشا على الحقيقة وكبشين مجازا، واللہ أعلم
