I am reaching out to you in order to help my dad who is very old and is a very good man. He cries about a decision he made years ago and he thinks Allah will not forgive him.
Unfortunately a young sibling of mine was very out of control and made some very bad choices. The Guy that she was involved with was Muslim but not a good kid and my Dad did not approve of him. Even though he found out my sister had gotten pregnant by him he refused to let her marry him and forced her to have an abortion.
He made taubah but wants to do more for his peace of heart. He wants to know what else he should do to make Kaffarah.
I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.

As described in the question, it is enough to have remorse and whole-hearted repentance on having the abortion done. There is no Kaffaarah for it. However, it is necessary that one should pay special attention to the تربیت (training) and اصلاح (rectification) of one’s subordinates. And it is necessary for the daughter too that she should make sincere repentance on such disgusting act as adultery. It is also better to be particular to give Sadaqah and charity.
