Me and my wife usually take shower together in ordinary days and do foreplay. Can we continue the same while fasting in Ramadan without having Intercourse. Secondly, once after saher we were sleeping together and started foreplay where I penetrate in her not completely and came out quickly once I felt wrong without any ejaculation. Do I have make kaffara for this.

It is permissible to perform such an action given one has control over their nafs(desires) in the state of fasting.
Even if the top part of the penis was inserted, both husband and wife’s fast became invalidated. A qadha as well as kaffarah will have to be performed.
