The banks give interest money to the account holders in certain situations who fulfill certain financial obligations. Is it permissible to give the earned interest money to the peopled mentioned as follows:
1) My brothers and sisters who are poor or if they do not have any source of income
2) My poor relatives for their daily/monthly expenses
3) My cousin for her wedding (as the cousin’s family is poor)
4) Poor people in general

As per the situation described in your question, the money earned from the bank as interest, can be given to any of the people listed.
