Greeting the Mosque During Disliked Times

I understand that it is disliked to do salat between Asr and Magrib time. Does that apply to Tahayattul Masjid (2 rakat masjid prayer before sitting down) upon entering the masajid? In other words, if I walk into a masjid 15 minutes before Maghrib time, can I perform my Tahayattul Masjid salaat?
