You should say in reply of greetings from a Hindu: وعلیک or ھداک اللہ as it is mentioned in Durr-e-Mukhtar:
ولو سلم یھودی او نصرانی او مجوسی علی مسلم فلا باس بالرد و لکن لایزید علی قولہ و علیک کما فی الخانیۃ (الشامی: 9/591)
