‘Endless Bliss’

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

Is the book Endless Bliss, from www.hizmetbooks.org, a reliable source for Hanafi Fiqh?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

I think someone asked about the Majallah:

Walaikum assalam,

The translation of Endless Bliss is quite poor, and confusing. We don’t know who translated it, and it is unevenly referenced. I would avoid it.

As for the Majalla: note that while this English translation is useful, it appears that the translator didn’t have a strong grasp of the text, and does not refer to its many scholarly commentaries (I own 5 of them), while are essential in order to understand the meaning and implications of this great text.

Wassalam,

Faraz Rabbani
