Is this correct: A resident muqim person praying (4 ra’kats) behind a traveller (who is praying 2 raka’ats) becomes a ‘lahiq’ when he stands up to pray his two extra raka’ats, and does not recite the fatihah in them but merely stands quietly for the time it would take to recite the fatihah?
