Is it okay to read a little prayer in your bed when you are about to go to sleep laying down? Or must you sit up when saying the prayers?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam,

It is in fact from the sunna to say some of the supplications before sleep while lying down.

Search www.SunniPath.com for sunna sleep for a number of answers on the guidance of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with regards to sleep.
