Is it okay to read a little prayer in your bed when you are about to go to sleep laying down? Or must you sit up when saying the prayers?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam,

It is in fact from the sunna to say some of the supplications before sleep while lying down.
