My sister is having plastic surgery done on her nose. Her nose is wide and unattractive and she wants it to look better. Please tell me if this is allowed in Islam and in the Hanafi Madhab.

The general ruling is that of impermissibility. Only in genuine cases of extreme abnormality will there be a dispensation of permissibility. When in doubt, one should refrain.
