Is using the internet permissible – sometimes I see pictures of non-mahram women by accident?

In the name of Allah,the Inspirer of truth.
It is permitted to use the internet for educational, commerce, and communication purposes, however, one must exercise great caution in this regard since the pitfalls are many and unexpected.
